Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel had rooms that were actually ready upon arrival, but they were dingy, dark, and felt like prison cells, not worth the money despite being spacious at 35sqm. The service was attentive and friendly, except for some lacking serving skills. The location, while wonderful and overlooking the lagoon, may be difficult for newcomers to find. The dining experience, though generally nice, lacked atmosphere at night and had some limitations on breakfast choices. Overall, the facilities were average with no standout features.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were incredibly spacious and well-equipped, accessed through wide corridors with beautiful views. The service was top-notch with staff who were friendly and helpful. The location allowed me to enjoy the peace of an oasis while still being able to explore the treasures of Venice easily. The dining experience was excellent with a huge choice of dishes in a charming courtyard setting. Overall, a fantastic stay with some minor room temperature issues.
I had a lovely view of the extensive garden with trees turning autumnal from my incredibly spacious and modern room, keeping to the Italian decor. However, I had to ask for more coffee pods each day, and there were additional charges for shaded areas of the pool and disputed taxi payments.
Staying at the hotel was a real treat with its amazing view back over Venice and spacious suites that exude discrete luxury in every detail. While the service had some hiccups, the unique location on its private island far from the chaos of San Marco made the trip quite special.
The hotel offers clean, well-decorated rooms available near Piazza San Marco. Although the showers were small, the rooms were well maintained. The service was friendly overall, with Costi standing out for his exceptional care. The location, though with a few downsides, was stunning and convenient for both relaxing and exploring Venice. The dining experience had its flaws, but the variety was excellent. Additional details include a small room size and poor room welcoming.
